就算…也…: even if (spoken)
就算 A 也 B = even if A, still B: 就算下雨，我也要去.

- 就算 + A，(subject) + 也 + B
How it works
就算 is a spoken equivalent of 即使: 就算你不说，我也知道.
It often introduces a hypothetical extreme.
Examples

Even when you’re very busy, make sure you rest.
