一点儿也不 / 一…也没: not at all
一点儿也不冷 = not cold at all; 一个人也没来 = not a single person came.
Structure
- 一点儿 + 也 / 都 + 不 / 没 + adjective / verb
- 一 + measure word + noun + 也 / 都 + 没 / 不 + verb
How it works
一点儿也不 + adjective is a strong negative: 这个菜一点儿也不辣 = this dish isn’t spicy at all.
一 + measure word + noun + 也/都 + negative means “not a single one”: 我一本书也没买.

Common mistakes
